- Tan Thanh Packaging Co., Ltd was established in 1968, formerly known as Tan Thanh Plastic Packaging private enterprise, specializes in producing PE packaging, located at 198 Ton That Thuyet St, Ward 3, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City.
- In 1988, Tan Thanh Packaging Co., Ltd was adding new function into its activity. This is printing on aluminium foil blister, multi layers film for pharmaceutical, foods, veterinary, medications packaging.
- In 1993, Tan Thanh Private Enterprise was renamed as Tan Thanh Packaging Co., Ltd.
- In early 2002, Tan Thanh Packaging Co., Ltd was relocated to new address: Lot III-24; 19/ 5A Street, Tan Binh Industrial Zone, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City. As the company expanded, new equipment such as: 6 – colours, automatic film laminating machine, roll divider machine, was gradually installed.
- In September 2005, Tan Thanh Packaging Co., Ltd was certified the ISO 9001: 1994 Standard.
- In August 2016, with all efforts, hard- working, dedication from all staff, we achieved ISO 15378: 2011 certification by TUV SUV South Asia complied with Circular No. 02/2016/TT-BYT dated 12/01/2016 from The Department of Drug Administration of Vietnam and Circular No. 14/2012/ TT-BYT from The Ministry of Health of Vietnam to meet all standard of primary packaging materials in direct contact with medicinal production.
- With the aim of providing unparalleled quality primary packaging productions and hygiene and safety for customers and meet an increased demand in the market, we will expand our business by building new manufacturing area with 12.000 m2 complying requirements of hygiene pharmaceutical packaging GMP standard. It is expected to be in operation in late 2019 complied with ISO 15378: 2015 standard.
